Interim Position

Executive Treasurer
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keep and maintain records of deposits and payments made out of all chambers’ accounts.

• Print and provide copies to all present members during meetings for review and approval of financial report. Email to non-present board members.

• Sign and have President sign copy for filing in the chamber’s office.

• Communicate with President on weekly or biweekly basis to assist with financial work. 

• Paid invoices and any charges incurred by chamber as they come.

• Meet with Executive board to discuss forecasting budget for events and any expenses of the chamber.

• Allocate funds for scholarships and other concurring disbursements.

• Meet with Executive Secretary on a weekly basis to consolidate new membership information and provide information to Membership Director.

• Assist Chapter Directors in consolidating chapter’s accounts based on leads groups payments.

 

• Send invoices/receipts requested by new members from merchant platform.

 

• Assist with charging fees during eventsfor registration purposes and to identity members from non-members.

 

• Answer questions and messages in social media platforms.

 

• Assist President in other duties as need it.

Executive Secretary
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take minutes during executive board and board of directors’ meetings.

 

• Print and provide copies to all present members during meetings for review and approval of minutes. Email to non-present board members

 

• Sign and have President sign copy for filing in the chamber’s office.

 

• Communicate with President on weekly or biweekly basis to assist with administrative work. Sending invitations to events, emailing and printing of agenda during meetings, filing and archiving NDAs, creation of emails and ordering business cards for new directors.

 

• Meet with Executive Treasurer on a weekly basis to consolidate new membership information and provide information to Membership Director.

 

• Assist Communication Director’s team in configuration of CRM system.

 

• Communicate to webmaster any necessary changes to the chamber’s website every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. (Add new members to directory, level 4 and trustee logos, event information).

 

• Categorize members by industry and submit to webmaster to update directory. Submit list to purchasing departments of strategic partners.

 

• Collect newsletter content provided by trustees and level 4 members from VIP Benefits & Programing Director. Send content to webmaster at scheduled times.

 

• Upload leads groups meetings and events posts in chamber main social media platforms. (Content must be approved by Chapter Directors).

 

• Provide membership lists during events for registration purposes and to identity members from non-members.

 

• Answer questions and messages in social media platforms.

 

• Assist President in other duties as need it.
